AIC/LCIC 1st stage 28.02.09.

Event schedule:

7:30 am - timing chips collection
8:00 am - track open for warm up
8:30 am - 21 km women race
9:30 am - 21 km men race
11:00 am - prize presentation

Organizers have the right to change race schedule and other details.

Entries, course layout & possibly time restraints, may determine if the ladies race will be held in conjunction with the men race, or on the course at the same time. This is in line with the WIC situation. The AIC organizers will decide on this, after considering all aspects.

In case of bad weather (thunderstorm) organizers reserve the right to postpone event or cancel event without any refund.

Ambulance and medical services on site will be provided by “St. John Ambulance” www.sjas.org.sg

Registration, race numbers, timing, etc.

Cut off time for registration on site - 8:00.
Registrations fee on site will be accepted in cash only.

Please help by printing and filling up forms in advance and submitting it early.

Preliminary registration will be closed on 26th of February 9:00 am.
All athletes submitted registrations/confirmed participation after this date will be placed at the end of the starting lists.

Preliminary starting lists will be available here and via contact e-mail of participants by 10pm on Thu 26th of February.
Final changes in the starting list will me made after closing registrations on the day of the event.

All participants must present IC or any other document suitable for Name/Date of Birth/Gender verification upon collection of racing numbers.

Race numbers have to be placed on both hips and on the left side of the helmet (sticker).
Numbers must be fastened at four corners with safety pins provided. Number tags are not to be folded, cut etc.

Time services provided by Essential Timing http://www.essentialtiming.com using AMB chips.
Cable ties to attach chips to skates will be provided by organizers

Lap counting display will provide information for leading skater only.
